Abstract

The project aims to conduct a survey of the political leaders in different historical periods, using the methodology developed in the Thematic Project Leaders policies in Brazil: characteristics and institutional issues, process 12/50987-3. In this sense we will analyze the political leaders from the mappings to respect the historical period, the media respectively available in each period and their relations with the leaders. Specifically investigate digital media and the use of new technologies in the political action of the leaders of social movements and collective policy action and culture. (AU)
