Abstract

Parasites, not Genus reported Cryptosporidium has been causing infection in animals and beings humans, especially young and immunosuppressed. In birds, this agent causes disease variable clinical symptoms even mortality. Rare are reports in this protozoan in Cockatiel in the world and in Brazil. This research project has how to detect a Goal. Occurrence and perform molecular characterization of Cryptosporidium spp. The 70 of referred parrots with diarrhea. As purified fecal samples will be examined by the technicalmicroscopic Malachite Green, and after the DNA extraction, performed tt will be a characterization molecular for polymerase chain reaction amplification of paragraph 18S subunit fragments rRNA sequencing and do these. The descriptive statistical analysis will be, performed by calculation of half Percentage and inferential statistical test Chi-Square Hair, paragraph Veridical association between Results employee testicles, and the studied variables.
