Abstract

The current proposal aims to screen P. falciparum malaria parasites with kinase and GSK libraries inhibitors and investigate their mechanism of action aiming to find compounds with potential for arresting the malaria infection. We will also aim to develop a transdermal delivery device in collaboration with Prof Luiz Catalani at IQ-USP. (AU)
