Abstract

This research intends to analyze the book Um homem na multidão (1926), written by Brazilian writer Rui Ribeiro Couto. The analysis will focus on aspects of the constitution of the lyrical subject in this book, in comparison with two previous works of the poet (O jardim das confidências, 1921, and Poemetos de ternura e melancolia, 1926).
