Abstract

In this project will be investigated a procedure to determine the kinetics parameters of complexes non-isothermal processes in condensed phase, like for example those that involve parallels competitive reactions. The methodology will be based on the kinetic analysis of the individual reactions obtained with the deconvolution of the kinetic curve, through adjustment of asymmetric functions, denominated Fraser-Suzuki functions. The methods will be applied to a computationally simulated conversion data set and to an experimental data set, obtained of sample of biochar from the pyrolysis of pellets of biomass. On both cases the estimation of the global kinetics parameters will be compared with the results obtained of the individual reactions. (AU)
