Abstract In the present Internet scenario with the mass production of information, areas of extraction and processing of information are being challenged by the volume, variety and velocity of a multitude of semi-structured and unstructured data in a complex nature that must be found and judged as to its value and truthfulness, which also offers excellent opportunities for organizations to have a deepening in the accurate knowledge of their business. In this context, the process of innovation has become the focus of many companies and is being explored as a means of improving competitiveness and positioning companies in new markets. This research project aims to establish a computational mechanism for data extraction informational sources produced by innovation actors (government, state and universities) in an information space delimited Science Parks and Innovation Centers affiliated to the Environment Paulista System innovation (SPAI) in which these mechanisms will be able to adapt to context changes and thus provide a semantic extraction of information that will be the basis of the support platform to the consolidated innovation environments.
