Abstract

Cardiopulmonary arrest affects many deaths annually in Brazil. Thus, realistic simulation has been a training method both for laypeople and health professionals in this type of emergency, allowing the development of clinical, critical and reflexive reasoning. During the clinical scenario in the simulation strategy, it is important to apply a checklist for evaluation, so that it can be applied with confidence it is necessary to be validated. Objective: This study aims to validate the contents of a checklist to be used as an evaluation tool in the teaching and learning method of realistic simulation in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training. Methods: It is a methodological study, being the main focus the validation of the content of a ckecklist instrument through the application of the Delphi technique. (AU)
