Abstract Wave phenomena are present in several areas and can be understood from two different perspectives: the formulation in the time domain and the formulation in the frequency domain. Using the wave equation around a Schwarzschild spacetime, this project explores these two formulation. First, they will be studied independently; later, their relation will be analyzed. During all the project, we will emphasize the typical numerical methods used in black hole perturbation theory. (AU) | |
