Abstract

This project consists in the construction of a bionic hand, since the creation of it structure by the 3D printer until programming of its movements in response to a voice command. The voice sensor has being used in many electronics equipments, which is very interesting for this project. For the development of this system will be used Arduino UNO board, a speech recognition module compatible with the board, two servo motors, a hand printed in PLA by the 3D printer and others components. The Arduino UNO board will be used to realize the communication with the speech recognition module easyVR (by communication I2C), besides that, the board will control the servo motors responsible for the fingers movements. The fingers will realize a joint movement, the thumb will use a motor and the others fingers will use the second motor. To control the instant that the motor have to stop the rotation, that is, the moment when the hand grab some object or just completely close itself, will be analyzed the current of the motor, that is proportional with the torque exercised by the motor.
