Abstract The esthetic universe of the Belgian painter René Magritte causes a number of concerns supported in ordinary reality of everyday life. The painter is engaged, through his own procedures, in investigations of that he designated as the resolution of problems, namely that effect sought, through the exercise of his artistic production, possible ways of understanding for certain seemingly mundane relations, for he, they presented themselves as mysterious, precisely because of its strange triviality. Through this research, we seek to produce knowledge that can launch dialogues between the work of Magritte and psychoanalysis, in a view of a possible understanding of the poetic singularities of the painter, where he emphasizes the importance of inciting certain feelings particularly worrying in the beholder of his work, also paying attention to the understanding of this poetic that the artist proposes and trying to understand their dialogues with current poetic notions. In this instance, we set out in order to investigate what are the possible influences of Magritte productions for subjective processes supported by psychoanalytic theory. (AU) | |
