Abstract

In face of the increasing space exploration by mankind, initially the main purpose of this work is to synthesize information about Space Law based on legislations and discussions concerning the topic. Furthermore, another focus of the project are space debris, whose scenario is sought in function of the nation that has generated them, considering the time interval between the creation of the mitigation guidelines and the present time, using computational resources. Finally, it will be investigated the possible consequences of the non-compliance of the mitigation guidelines for the orbits around the Earth. (AU)
