Abstract

In the context of a broader investigation of the work and the trajectory of Roberto Schwarz, the objective of the research mission is to advance the understanding of the period of exile of the Brazilian intellectual. The exile in Paris, between 1969 and 1978, was decisive in Schwarz's itinerary because it imposed on him the need to think differently about the Brazil. In fact, it would be possible to argue that it is in French exile that Schwarz rediscovers Brazil. (AU)
