Abstract

The advances made in the area of genomics have favored the constant reduction of genotyping prices, which makes it possible to genotype a large number of animals. The result is the accumulation of millions of information that must be properly managed to ensure the success of subsequent studies. The objective of the work will be the improvement of techniques of manipulation and control of databases with genomic information. (AU)
