Abstract

The goal of the chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) treatment is the control of disease that must be reached with surgical treatment and, at most, intranasal corticosteroids (CE). Currently, high volume CE nasal irrigation (HVCENI) is considered the best choice for CRS topical therapy. Objectives: to assess the efficacy of HVCENI for CRS treatment in attended patients at a specialized ambulatory. Methods: retrospective observational study with HVCENI treated CRS patients' medical records review at a specialized ambulatory in the last five years. (AU)
