Abstract

This training will focus on AMFS colonization studies of corn and sugarcane plants. The ability and efficiency of colonization by AMFS will be evaluated due to variations in soil biodiversity. This work aims to simulate the biological degradation of the soil and verify its effect on this important interaction between the plants and the AMF. The student will be involved in a series of different analyzes, which will give him an important training in soil microbiology.
