Abstract

The project indicates analyzes of several cannabinoids by liquid-liquid extraction and ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry. The maize oil matrix enriched with cannabidiol (CBD) has therapeutic purposes and its quality control is necessary for due legal regulation. Technical optimizations are proposed as well as the validation of the applied methods.
