Abstract

Mammary lipoenxertia and the use of adipose tissue derived stem cells (ADSC) for the treatment of breast disorders result in an oncological treatment, currently an important therapeutic arsenal that has not yet been explored. Many obstacles of scientific communication in theoretical concepts and in preclinical studies with limiting biases have exerted limited importance in their improvement of the technique of reconstruction. No experimental study has yet been able to show the oncogenic potential of mammary lipoenxertia, considering that the breasts are naturally composed of adipose tissue. The results are compared with the time span inclusive against stocks. Objective: To identify the diet of the diet without tissue and to contribute to the fact that the adipient skin naturally present is carcinogenic when exposed to a hypercaloric diet. This will enable identification according to the pre-clinical studies that aimed to evaluate the carcinogenic potential of mammary lipoenxertia. Moreover, a bias communication will appear for the future of future experimental studies related to this subject. Subjects and methods: Sixty-six Sprague-Dawley rats randomly divided into two groups will be used: group 1 - rats fed standard diet (Sham); group 2 - rats receiving a cafeteria diet from 28 days of age. Rats have a diet replaced with a regular diet for rodents after the formation of breast tumors. From this stage, the animals will be monitored weekly for tumor size and the animals will undergo a tumor capable of being made for the animal. At 18 months of age, the preventive study and the tissue measurements are collected for analysis. Six thoracic breasts from each rat and omentum and subcutaneous adipose tissue samples are analyzed after induction of animal death.
