Abstract

This project aims at the use of new cross-linking agents (CLAs) for proteins in cross-linking / MS. New CLAs are proposed and submitted to various synthetic assessments. In a second moment, the members of the series are selected and tested with selected proteins for the desired cross-linking / MS study.
