Abstract

This project outlines a roadmap for a numerical investigation on the performance of computer methods for initial value and boundary problems. Once the methods employed by the ordinary differential equations suite of Matlab are understood, the related functions will be employed for solving a selected collection of problems involving equations that come from applied contexts.
