Abstract

The first case of Sars-CoV-2 took place in Wuhan, China, at the end of December 2019. Shortly thereafter, a transmission of coronavirus disease, also known as COVID-19, started the session rapidly growing of cases and deaths around the world. In Brazil, it was no different. A few days after the World Health Organization (WHO) declared a pandemic state by COVID-19, it was recorded in the first death from illness in the country, more specifically, in the state of São Paulo. In view of the current Brazilian scenario, using the marked growth of confirmed cases of COVID-19, this work aims to study the main techniques of spatial-temporal analysis, applying to data related to the number of pandemic occurrences in the state's municipalities. São Paulo, in order to study how a pandemic affects different municipalities over the days, that is, to try to identify the temporal mechanism of data internalization. In general, in Statistics, try to explain the frequency of occurrence of events, collecting, analyzing and interpreting data, as well as the forecast of future events. Considering a location in space and time, a spatiotemporal analysis of the behavior of diseases allows to relate the health / disease process with the environment in which man lives. Based on that, request the application to the COVID-19 data. (AU)
