Abstract

The project seeks to develop methodologies and investigative tools to identify counter-hegemonic aspects in the production of architecture: be it in the conceptual and disciplinary structuring, in the design strategies, or in the spatiality patterns resulting from this action in the territory. To this end, case studies will be analyzed in the cities of São Paulo, Medellín, possibly extending to other Latin American cities that allow a comparative perspective, as these are cities whose urban problems demand increasingly complex responses from architecture and urbanism.
