Abstract

This research aims to analyze the evolution of Precision Agriculture (AP) in the sugar and alcohol sector of the State of São Paulo. The specific objectives are: to make a survey of the main AP instruments used in the sugar and alcohol sector; analyze the main challenges and advantages and identify the gains in productivity, the main economic and environmental aspects with the AP. The bibliographic review method will be used to extract data from texts, articles, newspapers, magazines and the official database in the compilation of the information necessary to answer the problem. As a result of this work, corroborate with relevant information in the sector's policies.
