Abstract

This research project aims to investigate the production of the Museu Nacional through its networks of actants. Museum and actants are at reciprocal possession: while the former assembles and multiplies the relations, the later draws trajectories that compose the museum. As a first research part, we will explore the associations through the trajectory of a particular agent, a Shuar shrunken head. As a second research part, we will investigate the transformations of such associations after the destruction caused by the fire on September 2018. (AU)
