Abstract

This project aims to determine with the highest possible accuracy the water content in samples of volcanic glass of the Paraná Magmatic Province and to discuss the mechanism of secondary hydration. Results will be used in further experimental studies of solidification and crystallization of acidic and intermediate glasses. (AU)
