Abstract

This research project aims to study the constituent power in the light of Hannah Arendt's theory of action. For this purpose, it is intended to analyze on the basis of Arendtian political thought the meaning of constituent power and their role in the foundation of the constitutional order. It is also intended to understand the constitutional order normativity in his relationship with the constituent power and the political action. (AU)
