Abstract

This research project addresses the study of Coding Theory, with special emphasis on linear codes. Ideally, at the conclusion of the project, the student will have all the theories necessary to study a paper with a demonstration for a specific case of the MDS Conjecture. The long-term objective of the project is to provide the necessary tools for the student to be able to keep up with the current development of code research.(AU)
