Abstract

The purpose of this Project for a Research Internship Abroad (BEPE) is to complement the doctoral research entitled "As fronteiras do cristianismo antigo", which is being developed under a scholarship granted by FAPESP (Process Number: 2018/25570-8) at the University of São Paulo. It presents the goals, the working plan and the research schedule I pretend to develop during a 3-month internship at the University of Saint Andrews under the supervision of Senior Lecturer Carlos Augusto Ribeiro Machado of the School of Classics. The activities planned for the internship focus on having access to the Main Library of the university and to St Mary's College Library, to the School of Classics, as well as to the international academic environment St Andrews provides in order to exchange research experience by taking part in conferences and seminars as well as to build academic relationships with specialists, therefore internationalizing the research.
