Abstract

Validate miRNA with altered expression in retinopathy. The candidate will initially work on the experimental validation of the built model. For example, confirm the differential expression of regulatory RNA (miRNA, circRNA), proteins, and signaling pathways used preferentially in pathological processes. It will also validate the expression of new miRNA in the retina. The identification of new miRNAs could contribute to a better understanding of the molecular mechanisms of the retina, in health and in retinopathy. The new miRNAs will be validated and their differential expression (healthy and retinopathic retinas) evaluated.(AU)
