Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the marginal adaptation and bacterial adhesion in table tops printed with nanohybrid resin (by Wilcos) restorations interface. Will be done drawings of lowers molars with prepares measuring 0,5 and 1mm of thickness. The preapares will be made in G10 with 2 thickness like said before, 0,5 and 1mm. After the 3D drowing (made with Rhinoceros version 7.0), the slicing will be carried out to select the printing patterns and support structures, the printing will be done in the w3D printer of Wilcos do Brasil (Petrópolis - RJ). The samples will be polished with lees of differents grains, than, after printed, will be cemented (Variolink cement) and evaluated at different times. After 24 hours of cementation the samples will be evaluated in stereomicroscope in order to evaluate the marginal adaptation; the same test will be applied after the thermal aging carried out with 10 thousand cycles in a thermocycler, simulating the same conditions of the oral environment. Samples in disk format will be made in order to carry out tests of hardness and surface roughness. The data collected will be analyzed with the statistics relevant to the results found.
