Abstract

Active galactic nuclei (AGNs) occur when a supermassive black hole (SMBH) accretes matter in a considerable rate. Therefore, such objects need the feeding of matter in order to become active. Studies show that there are correlations between the central SMBH and some parameters of their host galaxies, what suggest a co-evolution between galaxies and their central SMBHs. The feeding mechanisms of galactic matter into the SMBH must be associated with this co-evolution, as the feedback mechanisms caused by the AGN. Thus, study the feeding and feedback mechanisms is important to understand better the evolution of galaxies. In the context of the Milky Way morphological twins, we know that the majority of galaxies of the same has AGN. We identified also evidences of inflows (NGC 613, NGC 7314) and outflows (NGC 1566, NGC 613, NGC 7314, among others) of gas, which indicate the interaction between the host galaxy and the SMBH. In this study, we aim to analyze more deeply how those mechanisms occur in those galaxies. We will also study the SAbc galaxies, that do not have a galactic bar, in order to understand better the bar influence in the nuclear region. With high spatial resolution data (ALMA - Atacama Large Millimeter/Submillimeter Array) of molecular gas, which is a good tracer of the neutral interstelar gas, we can evaluate the feeding and feedback phenomena in the nuclei of galaxies. For that we will use models to extract the gas circular kinematics and then study torques, inflows and outflows of gas. (AU)
