Abstract

Due to the different visions and needs of multiple social actors, a broad and holistic understanding of the social, environmental, and economic dimensions has become necessary in order to achieve a more equitable management among those who belong to the place. Brazil has multiple information bases, but still suffers from a deficit of tools that can capture and integrate this data in a centralized way, leading to simplistic and inconclusive sectoral analyzes, not fully covering multi-sectoral, dimensional and complex problems. Once more dynamic tools are developed and applicable to the real world, public management and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals can be improved.
