Abstract

In various therapeutic and diagnostics procedures in Pediatrics, the patients sedation is responsible for promoting more comfort and safety. Due to the expansion of technologies and, therefore, more frequent use of sedoanalgesia, it is necessary that the pediatrician knows how to manage these drugs e aim to obtain safer techniques. Currently, lots of studies have been introducing intranasal Midazolam as an alternative to this type of procedure. However, these studies have not frequently approached the pediatrics population, therefore being necessary the making of studies that seek to enlighten the particularities of the pediatric population in this type of administration
