Abstract

This project's main objective will be to chemically evaluate the influence of fertilizer compounds prepared in a field experiment with a view to possible recording. The main experiment will be carried out in the experimental area of Embrapa Pecuária Sudeste, in São Carlos, SP. Before the installation of the experiment will be collected soil sample at depths from 0 to 20 and 20 to 40 cm for soil fertility analysis and soil correction and fertilization will be performed. Corn (Zeamays L.) and piatã grass (U. brizantha) will be sown at the recommended time for the region, in a crop-livestock integration system, on signalgrass pasture straw. will be used, for corn and piatã grass, respectively, populations of five plants and eight per linear meter. The row spacing will be 0.8 m for corn, and Piatã grass will be sown between rows with the same spacing (0.8 m).The number of samples will be 4 per plot (sampling unit). The sample size will be 0.25 m2 (0.5m x 0.5m square). Samples of harvested material (corn and grass) will be taken to an oven with forced air circulation at 65ºC, until constant weight, for determination of dry matter. The total concentrations of macro and micronutrients in the shoot samples (corn and piatã grass) will be determined. The nutrient use efficiency (EUN), the agronomic efficiency (EA), the crop recovery efficiency (ER) and the physiological efficiency (EF) of the formulations of fertilizer compounds will be calculated.MAPA enacted Normative Instruction No. 5, of March 10, 2016, which regulates the use of remineralizers and soil conditioners. Youremineralizers must present specifications and minimum guarantees: I. in relation to the specification of physical nature if they are filler, powder or bran; II - in relation to the sum of bases (CaO, MgO, K2O), it must be equal to or greater than 9% (nine percent) in mass/mass; III - in relation to the potassium oxide (K2O) content, it must be equal to or greater than 1% (one percent) by mass/mass. Furthermore, when remineralizers naturally contain the macronutrient phosphorus and micronutrients (B, Cl, Co, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo, Ni, Se, Si and Zn), their contents can be declared only if they are equal to or greater than the minimum values expressed in Annex II of the IN, without any mention or requirement of the maximum values allowed. The determinations of the bases in the form of oxides will be carried out through the decomposition total sample (wet method) and elemental determination by atomic absorption and/or ICP OES (or even directly by X-ray fluorescence).
