Abstract

A1: Training in CNC machine operation and Hybrid Equipment. The ROMI D800 machine is alreadyexisting in LAPRAS will be used for operation training and sequence planning.operations.A2: Bibliographic Review. Scholarship holders will be constantly updating themselves through publicationsexisting in the area, as well as reviewing the last 10 years on the subject.A3: Elaboration of the mechanical project. Based on the knowledge acquired about the DED process and thetraining on the acquired DED system, the fellow will plan the manufacture of a model part to bewhich will be manufactured by DED+HSM+polishing.A4: Study the DED+HSM+Plomento deposition process. By studying the foundations and experiences alreadyexperienced by other researchers about these processes, greater experience will be gained to initiatetests with full equipment and hybrid manufacturing.A5: Follow the manufacture and adaptation. In this activity, the student will follow the assembly andadaptation of the deposition equipment to the ROMI machining center. the lab technicianwill carry out this activity under the supervision of the fellow and coordinators.A6: Initial tests. After planning, deposition, machining and polishing tests will be carried outA7: Analysis of results and planning of definitive trials. In this activity, atheoretical analysis of the initial results, which will serve for the planning of definitive tests.A8: Definitive experiments. In this phase, the definitive experiments will be elaborated and executed tothe preparation of the publication.A9: Review the planned manufacturing sequence. In this phase, the results of the sequence will be evaluatedplannedA10: Follow the parts quality tests. The scholarship holder will follow the quality tests andintegrity of deposited material and polished surface.A11: Report and publication. A final report and publication submitted to a quality journal, with JCR.
