Abstract This project aims to understand how the epistemological and methodological bases of the Behavioral Sciences perceive the influence of technologies for the generation of knowledge and technologies resulting from scientific knowledge, in the light of what Social Studies in Science and Technology preaches. For this, we initially used the ideas present in the theory "Actor-Network" (Latour; 2012), Philosophy of Technology (Feenberg, 2006) and types of technologies present in scientific practice (Shapin and Schaffer, 1985). In methodological terms, the proposal has an exploratory character, with a qualitative approach, developed through five stages. In the first stage, a review of the literature on ESCT and the influences of technologies on the behavior of individuals and their practices will be carried out. The second stage will consist of an infometric mapping to delineate the field and epistemes of the behavioral sciences. In the third stage, the research will focus on the epistemological and methodological bases to conceptually debate the perceptions in relation to technologies. In the fourth stage, the Delphi Method will be used with experts from the field of behavioral sciences to collect their perceptions regarding the technologies in their practices. Finally, a comparative analysis will be carried out between the views about technology identified in the epistemological and methodological bases of the behavioral sciences (theory) with the perceptions of researchers who are part of this scientific field (practice), in order to identify their similarities and divergences of perceptions. | |
