Abstract

In Brazil, land remains a primordial element for the development of capitalist relations, in which the expanded reproduction of capital is based on the extraction of land income transformed into capital via the market. In this sense, capitalists and landowners form a land-capital alliance that gives class unity and allows capitalist landowners to earn land rent and profit. In the context of the territorialization of capitalist agriculture, as part of this model of agriculture, the presence of alliances built worldwide between national and international bourgeoisies, which form the world bourgeoisie, adds to the Brazilian agrarian question. In the case of the municipality of Três Lagoas, located in the east of Mato Grosso do Sul, the expansion of eucalyptus monoculture is crossed by actions of companies that represent the world bourgeoisie, however, since the initial formation of the municipality, the centrality of economic issues based on land monopoly. In this way, the project in question aims to understand the consequences for society as a whole of the class pact between landowners and the companies Suzano Papel e Celulose and Eldorado Brasil in the municipality of Três Lagoas, having as a hypothesis the existence of a land-land alliance. capital in a globalized dimension. From a methodological point of view, it is intended to proceed with a bibliographical review, carrying out fieldwork, surveying primary and secondary data and information through search engines, such as the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) - SIDRA platform and the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform (INCRA). In addition, we intend to access databases to acquire information related to the dynamics of productivity and commercialization of pulp commodities on the stock exchange.
