Abstract

The data generated by the CEPID-BRAINN is multimodal, including omics, environmental, and clinical information. By processing and analyzing this data, we identified several mutations in patients with diverse clinical presentations of epilepsy. Many of these mutations occur in regions that express proteins. Therefore, our group aims to analyze and compare the behavior of mutant proteins with those expressed in their wild form using in silico analysis. This comparison will help us better understand the molecular mechanisms by which these mutations impair protein function and lead to various clinical conditions.
