Abstract

This research aims to investigate the long-term impacts of International Academic Mobility (IAM) in the personal, academic and professional spheres of graduates of the Science without Borders Program (CsF) in the Sandwich Graduation modality. International academic mobility, an important component in the process of internationalizing higher education, aims to improve the quality of teaching and contribute to the training of qualified human resources for local and global demands. Recent scientific production indicates that international experience represents a differential in personal, academic and professional terms. Despite this, studies on MAI graduates are still scarce in Brazil. Thus, the aim is to learn about and analyze the social, professional and educational spaces occupied by these young people, considering the markers of race, gender, social class and cultural habits in the analysis of empirical data. As far as the theoretical-methodological aspects are concerned, it is proposed to carry out qualitative research using both qualitative and quantitative data. The first stage, of a quantitative nature, is designed to carry out a non-probabilistic snowball sampling survey by applying a questionnaire (LimeSurvey) and analyzing the data using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences - SPSS. The second stage will involve narrative interviews, which will be analyzed using the Documentary Method.
