Abstract

Nanophotonic devices have been explored as a compelling platform for all-optical quantum information and computational applications. In this work, we engineer group velocity dispersion with on-chip coupled microresonators to enable and optimize diverse optical nonlinear processes. In special, we harness degenerate optical parametric oscillation for quantum random number generation. (AU)
