Abstract The project aims to understand how the construction of agroecology and socio-territorial technologies (TST) in the Rodeio settlement, located in Presidente Bernardes - SP, contributes to the adaptation of the territory to the impacts of climate change in a perspective compared with national and international experiences. We have the hypothesis that the construction of agroecology and TST are more efficient resources in adapting peasant territories to climate change, contributing to the valorization of traditional knowledge to produce strategies, inputs and instruments capable of making these territories more resilient and sustainable. This investigation is part of an international research already underway, financed by the São Paulo State Research Support Foundation (FAPESP), in the "International Cooperation" modality, process number 2023/12401-1, in which our project is insert. As methodological procedures, we will use bibliographical survey and review, fieldwork, semi-structured interviews, photographic records and participation in international project meetings. Our case study will be contextualized with other national and international experiences, both through a broad bibliographic survey and through monitoring publications from global institutions, from the United Nations (UN) to Via Campesina. | |
