Abstract The goal of this project is to develop machine-learning algorithms for beam selection in millimeter-wave scenarios and to create an experimental platform. The project will conduct a literature review to identify the most suitable machine learning methods and simulation tools for the project's context. An experimental platform will be developed to evaluate the beam selection algorithms, along with a simulation framework that can reflect the conditions faced by the experimental platform. Machine learning-based beam selection algorithms will be designed specifically for millimeter-wave scenarios, with both the experimental platform and the simulation framework providing training data for the proposed algorithms and supporting their performance evaluation. The results of this study will be published in scientific articles and technical reports. | |
