Abstract

The project aims to investigate the intersection between democracy and affective bonds in the various spheres of social life, with a special focus on work relationships. The fellow will be responsible for carrying out research activities, interviews and data analysis to explore how democratic practices and the promotion of affection can influence a culture of collaboration and inclusion in the workplace.
