Abstract

In the next two years, the group responsible for the R&D of the ARAPUCA project aims to optimize the device using advanced light-collecting techniques and innovative materials. For this reason, we are looking for a candidate who can contribute strongly to this type of research. The professional profile encompasses experience in electrochromic devices and polymeric sensors, transparent and conductive films, organic light-emitting diode (OLEDs) technology, polymericreflectors, light guides, light detectors, optical filters, and wavelength shifters. To developadvanced thin film deposition techniques and increase ARAPUCA device efficiency. The candidate should be able to suggest improvement in the performance of the film deposition. (AU)
