Abstract

To enhance the understanding of molecular mechanisms involved in urinary bladder carcinogenesis, we propose utilizing proteomics to analyze the impact of lipid-based nanoparticle drug carriers and aerobic physical training on tumor progression. The study focuses on characterizing protein expression patterns in the urinary bladder of rats undergoing chemically induced carcinogenesis. Techniques such as mass spectrometry will be employed to identify differentially expressed proteins related to oxidative stress, inflammation, and tumor suppression pathways. This project aims to build on prior findings, integrating proteomic data to explore therapeutic strategies combining docetaxel, LDE nanoparticles, and physical exercise. (AU)
