Abstract

The study investigates the challenges and potential of environmental education in tackling the climate emergency, considering equity, interculturality and social justice. Based on media literacy, it seeks to promote critical thinking and civic participation. It proposes the analysis of audiovisual media on the subject, the development of scripts for critical reading and the creation of an educommunication guide, encouraging primary school students to produce socio-environmental content in their communities.
