Abstract

The objective of this research project is to develop an intelligent tool based on the artificial immune system, more precisely, on the negative selection algorithm, for mapping bands in SDS-PAGE and polyacrylamide electrophoresis gels for DNA and RNA electrophoresis, seeking to increase the resolution of the analyses and eliminate human arbitrariness that causes inaccuracies on the part of the researcher, also avoiding manipulations by the researcher through a tool with a systemic and general protocol.
