Abstract

The research project aims to investigate the changes in the proteome and metabolome of the cambial region and bark of E. grandis (clone AEC-144), in two contrasting seasonal periods: summer (period with greater growth and water availability) and winter (period with lower growth and water availability). To this end, the specific objective is to verify the abundance profile of the main enzymes and metabolites of photosynthesis, plastid glycolysis and mitochondrial respiration of cells of the cambial region and bark.
