Abstract

To develop a state-of-the-art reference model for the Central Regulation of Health Service Offers (CROSS), based on Big Data analysis and artificial intelligence, as well as the use of Telemedicine and the Internet of Things (IoT), with the objective of increasing the efficiency of demand management for urgent and emergency care in the state of São Paulo. The model should reduce the time to care delivery, possess the capability to prioritize patients at higher risk of complications (predictive analysis), ensure patient allocation to the nearest and most suitable healthcare facility in terms of human and structural resources, and, simultaneously, be capable of structuring the care model for critically ill patients according to pre-established protocols to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient.
