Abstract

Science is driven by knowledge, critical thinking, and innovation. Connecting the scientific knowledge generated through research with the foundations of elementary and high school education is essential to spark students' interest in science and academic exploration. However, many students do not have access to adequate resources, such as well-equipped laboratories. Partnerships between universities and schools can help foster the development of future scientists. The aim of this project is to develop a kit on microorganisms and biotechnology. The project will be carried out in collaboration with the Araraquara Science Center, aiming to return the knowledge produced at the University to society and demonstrate the importance of scientific foundations in advancing research.
