Abstract INTRODUCTION: Brazil adopts a multisystemic care model focused on the integrality of the individual, in which Primary Health Care (PHC) emerges as the coordinator of qualified care and referral, ensuring the continuity and comprehensiveness of care in the Health Care Networks (HCNs), which act as organized and interconnected structures aiming to guarantee an efficient care flow. OBJECTIVES: To investigate the occurrence and spatial pattern of notifiable hospital conditions to instrument and qualify the PHC of a technology hub municipality in the interior of São Paulo state from 2019 to 2024. METHODS: This is an epidemiological, documentary, retrospective study with an exploratory ecological design of multiple groups, composed of notifiable hospital conditions registered at a university hospital. Descriptive and spatial kernel density analyses will be performed. The project will only begin after approval by the Research Ethics Committee. EXPECTED RESULTS: Tabulation and graphic representation of data reported in hospitals; Density maps of the regions of the municipality with the highest density of reported cases in hospitals; Equipping PHC health managers through the presentation of findings; Strengthening the relationship between the service and the university. | |
